These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at coinhub.bid and any related pages, features, and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Live Tech LLC ("Live Tech", "CoinHub.bid", "we", "us" or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. CoinHub.bid is an information and search service only. We do not sell coins, bullion, or any other item, we do not conduct auctions, and we do not accept bids or payments on our pages.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, browsing, searching, or registering an account on CoinHub.bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
2. Who We Are
The Service is provided by:
- Live Tech LLC
- 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
- Email: [email protected]
- Telephone: +1 307-429-0744
3. What CoinHub.bid Is — and What It Is Not
CoinHub.bid is an online aggregator and search service for auction listings. We collect, organise, index, and display information about coins, banknotes, bullion, and related collectibles that are offered for sale by independent, third-party auction houses, dealers, and sellers (each, an "Auction House"). Our purpose is to help you discover what is coming up for sale and where.
3.1 What we do
- Display catalogue information, images, descriptions, estimates, and auction dates supplied by, or publicly published by, Auction Houses.
- Provide search, filtering, browsing, calendars, and similar discovery tools across those listings.
- Allow registered users to save searches, follow lots or Auction Houses, and receive notifications about items that may interest them.
- Direct you to the Auction House that is actually offering an item, so that you can deal with that Auction House directly.
3.2 What we do not do
We want this to be unambiguous. CoinHub.bid is not:
- Not a seller. We do not own, hold, possess, consign, grade, authenticate, appraise, or sell any item shown on the Service.
- Not an auctioneer. No auction is conducted on our pages. We do not accept, transmit, register, or execute bids, and we do not determine who wins a lot.
- Not a broker, agent, or intermediary. We do not act as your agent, or as an agent of any Auction House, in any transaction.
- Not a payment provider or escrow service. We do not accept, hold, process, or transmit any purchase price, deposit, buyer's premium, tax, or shipping charge for items listed on the Service.
- Not a party to your transaction. Any contract of sale, bid, invoice, payment obligation, delivery, warranty, guarantee, return, or refund is exclusively between you and the relevant Auction House.
Because we are not a party to your transaction, all questions about registration to bid, bidding increments, buyer's premiums, sales tax, VAT or import duties, payment methods, collection, packing, shipping, insurance, authenticity guarantees, returns, and dispute resolution must be addressed to the Auction House, under that Auction House's own terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States, the State of Wyoming, or your country of residence, or if you are subject to applicable sanctions or export-control restrictions.
5. Your Account
Some features — such as saved searches, watchlists, and alerts — require an account. When you create an account:
- You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or create an account on behalf of another person without that person's authorisation.
You may close your account at any time. Closing your account does not affect any obligation you owe to an Auction House, and it does not cancel bids or purchases you have made elsewhere.
6. Listing Information and Third-Party Auction Houses
Listing information on CoinHub.bid originates with Auction Houses and other third-party sources. It is reproduced for informational purposes and is not verified by us.
6.1 We do not verify listings
We make no representation and give no warranty, express or implied, as to:
- the authenticity, genuineness, origin, provenance, or legal title of any item;
- the grade, condition, certification, weight, purity, metal content, mintage, rarity, or attribution of any item;
- the accuracy or completeness of any description, photograph, catalogue number, or estimate;
- the identity, solvency, licensing, reputation, or trading practices of any Auction House or seller;
- whether an item is legally exportable, importable, or lawfully offered for sale in any jurisdiction.
6.2 Information may be incomplete, delayed, or out of date
Listing data may be delayed, cached, incorrectly mapped, automatically translated, mis-categorised, or superseded. Auction dates and times may change or be cancelled; lots may be withdrawn; estimates and starting prices may be amended; any currency figures shown are indicative conversions and are not offers. Prices displayed usually exclude buyer's premium, fees, taxes, and shipping unless the Auction House expressly states otherwise.
6.3 The Auction House's terms always prevail
Before registering, bidding, or paying, you must read and rely on the official catalogue and the terms and conditions published by the Auction House itself. Where information on CoinHub.bid differs from the Auction House's own information, the Auction House's information governs.
7. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, legal, numismatic, or appraisal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any item. Prices of coins, collectibles, and precious metals are volatile and can fall as well as rise; past results are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own research, valuation, and decisions, and you should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service contains links to websites, platforms, and services operated by third parties, including Auction Houses. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties, their content, their products, their security, or their privacy practices. When you follow a link away from CoinHub.bid, the terms and privacy policy of the destination site apply, not ours.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and reasonably. You must not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service, except by an interface we expressly permit or as allowed by our robots.txt;
- use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, or circumvent rate limits, caching, or access controls;
- copy, resell, republish, or commercially exploit our listings, databases, search results, or compilations without our prior written consent;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
- upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the operation or availability of the Service;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with an Auction House;
- use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to collect personal data about other users;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or trafficking in stolen, counterfeit, or unlawfully exported items.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including limiting or removing access and reporting activity to the relevant authorities.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, layout, interfaces, software, text, graphics, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation of the listings it presents, is owned by Live Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, database, trademark, and other laws. "CoinHub.bid" and our logos are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written permission.
Catalogue descriptions, photographs, and other material supplied by Auction Houses remain the property of those Auction Houses or their licensors, and are displayed on the Service for informational and referral purposes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material displayed on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected], or to Live Tech LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with a URL or other information sufficient to locate it;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and we may remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
12. User Submissions and Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, corrections to listing data, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate them into the Service without obligation or compensation to you. You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or confidential to someone else.
13. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service — including listings, search features, alerts, and accounts — at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may perform maintenance that makes it temporarily unavailable. Listings may be removed at the request of an Auction House or at our discretion.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content, listings, and data on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Live Tech LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that listing information is accurate, current, or complete, that any item is genuine or as described, that any Auction House will perform its obligations, or that defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Live Tech LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, however arising and under any theory of liability.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, a transaction between you and an Auction House, including non-delivery, misdescription, forgery, counterfeit or altered items, non-payment, cancelled or withdrawn lots, incorrect estimates or premiums, or the insolvency or misconduct of any Auction House or seller.
- We will not be liable for reliance on listing information that is inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date, or for a missed auction, missed lot, or missed alert.
- Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live Tech LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any dispute between you and an Auction House or other third party.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Questions about privacy or data protection may be sent to [email protected].
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or close your account, at any time — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 3, 6, 10, 14, 15, 16, 19, and 20 — will survive.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] with a brief description of the dispute and your contact details, and to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for a period of thirty (30) days.
If the dispute is not resolved, you and Live Tech LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, this section does not deprive you of that right.
20. Miscellaneous
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will change. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Live Tech LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, network failures, acts of government, or natural events.
- No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for any third party, except for the indemnified parties named in section 16.
- Language. The English version of these Terms is the governing version. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
